Returns

Items purchased from Galactic Voyager may be returned for a refund provided the item is in its original condition. Partial refunds may be issued for items which have been opened and partially assembled. Contact customer service for details on returning an item. Normally, shipping cost are not refundable for returned items.

Lost or Damaged Items

Any item which is lost or damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If an item is missing a part which was omitted by the manufacturer, Galactic Voyager will either make available the missing part or send a replacement copy of the item if the missing part is not available. Customers may be asked to return damaged or incomplete items. The cost of such returns will be paid by Galactic Voyager.
